"For years, I have felt detached from the world, a mere observer who never quite fit in. Others felt it, too. I've always been told that I put up a wall between other people and me and should let it go. But, I couldn't...not until now. I was searching for some peace and meaning in my life when I happened upon Christopher Tompkins' meditation class. I was absorbed and in tune with everything he said. It all made sense! Since then, I have practiced meditation on a daily basis and have never felt better. It has brought me such clarity, a constant tranquility and connectedness to the world, sensitive to all around me. I have the utmost faith in Chris and believe if he can help guide me to spiritual fulfillment, anyone can benefit from his teachings." -U.C Berkeley Student |

"Chris did not speak over or down to his audience, but rather smoothly translated his vast knowledge of ancient practices to us in an effortless approach. Chris' teaching of pranayama was presented in a storyteller's fashion. His ability to present the information and interweave breathing practices into his teaching made the processing of learning the practice more relevant and integrating than other classes I have taken. Chris used the energy of his audience to translate the stories of Buddha and the ancient yogis in a manner that was easily understood by all." -U.C Berkeley Student |
