Paul Muller-Ortega, Ph.D., is a professor of Indian religions and one of the foremost scholars of the nondual Shaiva Tantra (aka Kashmir Shaivism) in the world. He teaches Classical Yoga Philosophy, South Asian Buddhism, and Hindu Tantric Yoga, among other subjects, at the University of Rochester in New York.

Paul has been a practitioner of meditative disciplines since 16 years old, and has an insight into the spiritual teachings of Indian unique to those who have wedded rigorous academic research to apowerful and committed meditation practice.
